With a combined, 40 years in the trade, including cooking in Michelin Star restaurants, 5 Star hotel management, and owning our own restaurants, our experience, we hope, will give you complete peace of mind.

All our food is freshly prepared with emphasis on healthy eating – no deep fried, frozen, or mass produced ready meals.

All food we use is traceable back to it’s source, our meat is farm assured and where possible we use local and seasonal produce.
