In the summer you can take advantage of our patio and garden, and enjoy a relaxing al fresco dining experience whilst watching the boats drift gently by.

Our approach to food is to serve freshly prepared, locally sourced produce prepared by a passionate kitchen team.

We aim to deliver a level of personal service normally reserved for the most expensive eateries!

Sundays

Sunday is Family Day at The Queen's Head Inn. Either take advantage of our extensive set price restaurant menu or enjoy a more infomal meal or snack in the bar or garden. We sever lunch between 12.00 & 16.00hrs on a Sunday.

An evening treat

In the evening we offer a full seasonal al la carte menu boasting dishes that are all freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients where possible. Being a country pub, you will often find a game dish on our menu and we will, from time to time, offer a hog roast or suckling pig as a speciality. Fresh fish will always be available, sourced from only the finest local suppliers. We take an approach of good simple food, fine ingredients, lovingly prepared.

Extensive wine list

Our wine list offers a range of specially selected wines combining both old and new world classics that ensures all pallets and wallets are catered for. We have taken care to match the wines on our list to the dishes on our menus and my team will be ready to assist you with your selections. The list is seasonally changed and I am happy to update it at any time to include special requests from regular customers.

For the perfect conclusion to your meal, enjoy one of our many speciality coffees prepared using the finest beans available. To compliment your coffee we have a wide selection of brandies and liqueurs as well as an impressive collection of whiskies from around the world.
